ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY $25K Sign On The Assistant Director of Emergency will perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the acute care setting. Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing Practice, and promoting cooperation among the health care team. Assist the director in meeting the department goals. In conjunction with the Director, the Assistant Director shall meet personal accountabilities as defined in the Tenet Target 100 standards of Service, People, Quality, Growth and Cost. Assumes the role of Director when Director is absent from facility when directed to do so. The Asst. Director will have managerial responsibilities related to staff selection, terminations, performance evaluations, staffing, Kronos, and quality improvement and progressive discipline. This position will be responsible to run the day to day operations of the department. BSN required. Basic computer skills Two-years recent acute care RN experience in emergency services Current California RN license AHA BLS-HCP. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
