Templeton Tennis Ranch is an upscale tennis club offering tennis, pickleball, bocce, and fitness for it's members and guests to enjoy.
A 25yr competition lap pool is coming this summer! Our Club Associates are often our guests' first point of contact and play a key role in the day to day operation of the Club.
The Associate's day typically includes; greeting members and guests, answering phones and emails, making reservations, taking payments and point of sale transactions, light housekeeping and restocking of supplies.
Applicants must possess a strong work ethic and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to self-start and work effectively without direct supervision is a must! Proficiency with common workplace equipment and software is required.
Prior customer service experience is strongly desired.
Experience with tennis, pickleball, swim or fitness are a plus but not required.
Applicants must be able to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Membership and use of the Club's facilities is included with your employment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in members and guests.
Provide cheerful assistance to members and guests in meeting any of their needs associated with the Club.
Answer phones and promptly respond to email and text messages.
Become an expert in use of the Club software to manage member accounts, sales transactions and court and activity reservations.
Maintain pro-shop merchandise and replenish as necessary.
Inspect facility and conduct light housekeeping to maintain our high standards.
Conduct tours and membership sales to prospective new members.
Professionally and courteously handle any complaints and facilitate a resolution.
Assist with food & beverage sales and service as needed.
Assist other staff with tournaments, events, and special projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
