Responsibilities Process accounts receivable invoices in QuickBooks Process accounts payable invoices in QuickBooks Assist with month-end close process Assist with month-end reconciliations Process vendor invoices and other general accounting tasks as assigned by the Controller Prepare journal entries for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other general ledger entries Prepare monthly bank statements and credit card statements for monthly billing Other accounting tasks as assigned by the Controller Assist with month-end close process as needed by the Controller or Executive Team Other tasks as needed by the Controller or Executive Team.
This position requires a high level of detail and accuracy.
