This in-house position is crucial for supporting our client's activity.
The Advertising Assistant works closely with the account teams to execute both marketing and media campaigns across numerous clients.
This individual will need to be a go-getter who can juggle multiple tasks, priorities, and programs.
Excellent junior-level position with a fast-paced national advertising agency to learn and grow/start your marketing career.
Core Duties/
Responsibilities:
Support the account teams and office across a range of activities, including but not limited to:
Marketing and media research Program execution support Vendor communication Project file management Creative trafficking and support Reporting Data Entry Light Office Duties
Experience:
College degree required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Professional, proactive with meticulous attention to detail is a must.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Self-starter who can operate independently and still be a team player Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and juggle numerous details.
Positive, energetic and willing to dive deep into projects with enthusiasm.
Not afraid to ask questions to aid in learning and becoming proficient across activities.
Strong interpersonal/communication.
Fun, friendly, able to deal with different personalities on the team.
