- scheduling appointments - answering multiline telephones - verifying insurance eligibilities - requesting insurance authorizations - submitting verification on benefits for medication/procedural therapies - appointment confirmation calls - recall/appointment follow up - co-pay reconciliations-daily - checking patients in and/or out for/from their appointments - scanning/updating patient demographics in EMR system About us.
