We are seeking a friendly, polished, professional, and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team.
As an assistant to our surgeon who has over 20 years of experience, our PA, and our Aesthetic RN, you would be a key member of our team providing exceptional care to cosmetic, insurance and aesthetic clients.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
Ability to multi-task with calm composure Attention to detail Strong computer/technical skills Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills A caring demeanor Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting the surgeon, PA and RN in initial consultations, pre- and post-operative appointments, in-office procedures Garment & dressing changes Inventory, ordering office and surgical supplies, organizing Rooming patients, answering phones, scheduling post-ops Completing intake forms, charting Maintaining clean and organized treatment rooms, medical instruments and/or equipment Maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Liaison between Front Office, Surgeon and Practice Coordinator to facilitate smooth office flow Ability to fill in as needed, be a good team player What we require:
CA Medical Assistant Certificate OR extensive experience Minimum high school diploma; college degree highly preferred Minimum 4 year experience in medical office Team player, must be willing to learn and adapt to changes and updates in the practice Work weeks will be minimum of 2.
5 days per week including Tuesdays, Wednesdays and every other Thursday, 8 hours per day at minimum for 16-32 hour work weeks.
Work day starts at 8:
50am and ends at 4:
30pm.
Compensation determined based on experience.
